    A. Race leaders and their council members should not be inactive without a valid reason. Once the validity of this inactivity will not be proven, they will be removed from their positions. Repetitive inactivity that causes harm to their respective races will be considered as a form of abuse, which will incur a one (1) week ban + revocation of position.

    B. Race leaders have the authority and the privilege to remove inactive council members and to appoint a new member to fill the vacated spot. The appointment of a new council member must be done during Mondays up to Wednesdays only. Revocation of a spot must follow this guideline, namely:
    1. Complaints against the member must be substantiated with proof;
    2. Member has the right to present their side prior to his or her revocation;
    3. The RL must secure documentation of what happened during the deliberation;
    4. Spot revocation must be justifiable at ALL times.

    C. We strongly prohibit the selling of any accounts that are currently holding any council spots. This is to ensure that no players from each race is going to suffer whilst engaging in CWs because of lack of council and RL. Should a player/players wishes/wish to sell their accounts, they can do so once their spot/spots had expired. We strongly urge everyone that are quite unsure if they still want to be with Cerberus or not to refrain from running, please be mindful and responsible to the ones who will be affected once you stop playing.

    In order for the penalty to be imposed, raw videos and screenshots of the incident must be attached to the report to serve as proof. The proof will be used during the investigation and prior to the imposition of penalties. Reports without proof will be automatically discarded. All aspects of CLAUSE C will be treated as illegal and prohibited until the investigation has been done. Violator/violators caught on videos and screenshots will receive the penalty laid out below. ONCE THE PENALTY HAS BEEN IMPOSED, IT IS FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE.

    PENALTY: PERMANENT BAN

    D. The RL and his or her council must attend 2 to 3 CWs daily. Failure to attend five (5) consecutive CWs will result to being tagged as inactive and will get the penalty of being banned for three (3) days. Being inactive for the whole week will result in a seven (7) days ban + CPT wipe.

    E. There should be no abuse of power. Race leaders are welcome to exercise their rights to put a toon/s in wanted status and/or chat restrict should the need arise. However, the RL and the council members must not do the following:
    • Unreasonable Wanted and/or Chat Bans
    • Nuking in Core
    • Using Chaos Potion to Kill CB
    • Using Chaos Pots to Kill a Toon from their Own Race Repeteadly
    • Using Chaos Pots to Kill a Toon from their Own Race Repeteadly during Mining
    • Hugging of All Race Council Spots on the Right Side
    • Intentionally Killing Lowbies/Chip Bearer during CW
    • Ranting and Trash-talking using Race Chat
    • Using Race Chat for Buying and Selling

    In order for the penalty to be imposed, raw videos and screenshots of the incident must be attached to the report to serve as proof. The proof will be used during the investigation and prior to the imposition of penalties. Reports without proof will be automatically discarded. All aspects of CLAUSE E will be treated as illegal and prohibited until the investigation has been done. Violator/violators caught on videos and screenshots will receive the penalty laid out below. ONCE THE PENALTY HAS BEEN IMPOSED, IT IS FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE.

    PENALTY:

    First Offense: Revocation of the Position Currently Occupied + 3 days ban
    Second Offense: 7 Days Ban

    2. Additional Guidelines in regards to Race Election.

    A. Running during the election, without clear intent of being active once elected, will earn a permanent ban sanction.

    3. Additional Guidelines in regards to Guild Bounty Prize

    A. Inactive guild will not receive their GBs, even if they have a member who currently holds a council spot.

    B. Guilds that has managed to enter the top three (3) but weren't able to gather the needed honor points will not receive their GB.

    C. Guild Bounty prize will not be distributed to the top 3 guilds if the total pot did not exceed $700.

    D. GB Prize have always been and will always be automatically inserted to the listed GL, except for certain circumstances. (i.e. The GL got banned).

    The above mentioned additions is already agreed by the majority last FGD.
